قال سنجيا: ثمّ عند شاطئ البحر، في مناسبةٍ ما، ظهرت بجعاتٌ—طيورٌ سريعة الطيران—كأنها مشهدٌ ذو دلالةٍ نذيرية ضمن مجرى الحكاية المتنامي.
