कर्णेन युधिष्ठिरानीकविदारणम् / Karṇa’s Breach of Yudhiṣṭhira’s Battle-Line
निपातात्तव शस्त्राणां शरीरे याभवद् रुजा | तया ते मानुषं कर्म व्यपोर्द भूगुनन्दन
nipātāt tava śastrāṇāṃ śarīre yābhavad rujā | tayā te mānuṣaṃ karma vyapod bhṛgunandana, gṛhāṇāstrāṇi divyāni matsakāśād yathepsitam ||
قال ماهيشڤارا: «يا سليلَ بهṛغو، إنّ الجُرحَ الذي نشأ في جسدك من صدمة أسلحة الدايتيَة قد محا، بأثره نفسه، حدودَ الفعل البشري المحض عنك—فغدوتَ مماثلًا للآلهة. فخُذْ منّي، على قدر مشيئتك، الأسلحةَ والـ(أسترا) الإلهية.»
