Transliteration

adya gāṇḍīvadhanvānaṃ tapantaṃ yuddhadurmadam | aham āvārayiṣyāmi veleva makarālayam ||

Translation

«اليوم سأكفّ حامل قوس غانديفا—أرجونا—المشتعل بكِبْرِ القتال العنيف. سأحبسه كما يحبس الشاطئُ المحيطَ، مسكنَ المكارا.»
