भीष्मपातने कर्णविलापः | Karṇa’s Lament upon Seeing Bhīṣma Fallen
यथा वायुर्नरव्यात्र तथा कृष्णो न संशय: । 'पुरुषसिंह! जैसी प्रज्वलित अग्नि होती है, वैसे ही कुन्तीकुमार अर्जुन हैं--इसमें संशय नहीं है और जैसी वायु होती है, वैसे ही श्रीकृष्ण हैं, इसमें भी संशय नहीं है ।। १८ ई || नदत: पाउ्चजन्यस्य रसतो गाण्डिवस्य च
yathā vāyur naravyātra tathā kṛṣṇo na saṁśayaḥ |
قال سنجيا: «كما تكون الريح—سريعةً لا تُقاوَم وشاملةً لكل مكان—كذلك كريشنا؛ لا ريب في ذلك.» وفي الإطار الأخلاقي للحرب، تُبرز هذه العبارة أن قوة أرجونا القتالية إنما تُهدى وتغدو نافذةً بقدرة كريشنا الحاسمة الموجِّهة، مُشيرةً إلى أن القوة بلا هدايةٍ قَويمة تبقى ناقصة.
