भीष्मपातने कर्णविलापः | Karṇa’s Lament upon Seeing Bhīṣma Fallen
पाण्डवा भरतगश्रेष्ठ करिष्यन्ति कुरुक्षयम् । “भरतश्रेष्ठ) आजसे क्रोधमें भरे हुए पाण्डव उसी प्रकार कौरवोंका विनाश करेंगे, जैसे व्याप्र हिरनोंका ।। अद्य गाण्डीवघोषस्य वीर्यज्ञा: सव्यसाचिन:
pāṇḍavā bharatagraṣṭha kariṣyanti kurukṣayam | adya gāṇḍīvaghoṣasya vīryajñāḥ savyasācinaḥ ||
قال سانجيا: «يا خيرَ آلِ بهاراتا، اليوم سيُحدِث الباندافا هلاكَ الكورو. ومنذ هذا اليوم، وقد امتلأوا غضبًا، سيُفنون الكاورافا كما يفترس النمرُ الظباء. والذين يعرفون بأسَ الرامي الأعسر—صاحب قوس غانديفا، ذائع الصيت بزئيره—سيشهدون قوته وهي تنفلت في سَورة الغضب.»
