तस्य रूपमभूद् राजन् भीमसेनस्य संयुगे । खटद्योतैरावृतस्येव पर्वतस्य दिनक्षये,राजन्! उस समय युद्धस्थलमें भीमसेनका रूप संध्याके समय जुगुनुओंसे भरे हुए पर्वतके समान प्रतीत हो रहा था
tasya rūpam abhūd rājan bhīmasenasya saṁyuge | khaṭadyotair āvṛtasyeva parvatasya dinakṣaye ||
أيها الملك، في تلك المعركة بدا مظهر بهيماسينا كجبلٍ عند انقضاء النهار، كأنه مغطّى بأسراب اليراعات—صورة تزيد الهيبة من طاقته القتالية وتعمّق جوّ الغسق الموحش في الميدان.
