अथापरेण भल्ल्लेन सूतपुत्र॑ स्तनान्तरे । आजयचघान भशं क्रुद्धो हसन्निव वृकोदर:,तदनन्तर भीमसेनने अत्यन्त कुपित हो हँसते हुए-से दूसरे भल्लसे सूतपुत्रकी छातीमें बड़े जोरसे आघात किया
athāpareṇa bhallena sūtaputraḥ stanāntare | ājaghāna bhṛśaṃ kruddho hasann iva vṛkodaraḥ ||
قال سنجيا: ثم إنَّ فْرِكودارا (بهيما)، وقد استبدّ به الغضب كأنه يضحك، ضرب ابن السُّوتا (كارنا) بسهمٍ آخر من نوع «بهلّا» (bhalla)، فغرسه بقوة عظيمة في صدره.
