तस्य तल्लाघवं दृष्ट्वा द्रोण: क्षत्रियमर्दन: । व्यसृजत् सायकांस्तूर्ण शतशो5थ सहस्रश:,उसकी वह फुर्ती देखकर क्षत्रियोंका संहार करनेवाले द्रोणाचार्यने शीघ्र ही उसपर सैकड़ों और सहस्रों बाणोंकी वर्षा आरम्भ कर दी
tasya tallāghavaṁ dṛṣṭvā droṇaḥ kṣatriyamardanaḥ | vyasṛjat sāyakāṁs tūrṇaṁ śataśo ’tha sahasraśaḥ ||
قال سانجيا: فلمّا رأى تلك الخِفّة، أطلق دروناآتشاريّا—المشهور بسحق المحاربين—على الفور عاصفةً من السهام، مئاتٍ ثم آلافًا، يريد كبحَ ذلك البأس في لهيب المعركة.
