इस प्रकार श्रीमह्ाभारत द्रोणपर्वके अन्तर्गत जयद्रथवधपर्वमें दुर्योधन-पराजयविषयक एक सौ तीनवाँ अध्याय पूरा हुआ
iti prakāraḥ śrīmahābhārate droṇaparvake antargataṃ jayadrathavadhaparvaṇi duryodhana-parājaya-viṣayaka eka-śata-trayodaśo 'dhyāyaḥ pūrṇaḥ
قال سانجيا: وهكذا، في «شري مهابهاراتا»، ضمن «درونا بارفا»—وخاصةً في القسم المتعلّق بقتل جايدراتا—يُختَتم الفصل الثالث بعد المئة، الذي يتناول هزيمة دوريودھانا. وتضع صيغة الختام هذه الحدث ضمن القوس الأخلاقي والاستراتيجي الأوسع للحرب، حيث يلقى الكِبر والعدوان عواقبهما في مسير الدارما والقدر الذي لا يُردّ.
