भीमकर्णसमागमः | Bhīma–Karṇa Encounter
तेन युद्धमहं मन्ये प्राप्तकालं तवानघ । अत्र वो द्यूतमायत्तं विजयायेतराय वा,निष्पाप अर्जुन! मैं समझता हूँ, इस समय इसीके साथ युद्ध करनेका अवसर प्राप्त हुआ है। यहाँ तुमलोगोंके अधीन जो रणद्यूत होनेवाला है, वही विजय अथवा पराजयका कारण होगा
tena yuddham ahaṁ manye prāptakālaṁ tavānagha | atra vo dyūtam āyattaṁ vijayāyetarāya vā ||
فلذلك، يا من لا إثم عليه، أرى أنّ الوقت قد حان الآن لتشتبك معه في القتال. إنّ الأمر هنا كرهانٍ في ساحة الحرب مُعلَّقٍ عليكم: وسيغدو هو بعينه سبب النصر أو سبب الهزيمة—بحسب ما تفعلون في هذه اللحظة الحاسمة.
