द्रोणेन केकय-चेदि-वीरवधः
Droṇa’s engagements with the Kekayas and Cedis
रथस्थितोडग्रत: क्रोशं यानस्यत्यर्जुन: शरान् । रथे क्रोशमतिक्रान्ते तस्य ते घ्नन्ति शात्रवान्,रथपर बैठे हुए अर्जुन अपने आगे एक कोसकी दूरीतक जिन बाणोंको फेंकते थे, वे बाण उनके शत्रुओंका जबतक संहार करते, तबतक उनका रथ एक कोस और आगे निकल जाता था
rathasthito 'grataḥ krośaṃ yānasya tyarjunaḥ śarān | rathe krośam atikrānte tasya te ghnanti śātravān ||
قال سنجيا: كان أرجونا جالسًا على عربته يطلق السهام مستقيمةً إلى الأمام لمسافة كروشا. وبحلول ما تكون عربته قد تقدّمت كروشا أخرى، كانت تلك السهام نفسها لا تزال تُسقط أعداءه—مُظهرةً اندفاع مهارته القتالية الذي لا يلين فيما كانت المعركة تندفع إلى الأمام.
