भीष्मस्य मध्याह्नयुद्धवर्णनम् / Mid-day Battle Description: Bhīṣma Engaged by the Pāñcālas
विपाटितविचित्राभि: कुथाभिरड्कुशैस्तथा । ग्रैवेयैश्षित्ररूपैश्व॒ रुक्मकक्ष्याभिरेव च
sañjaya uvāca |
vipāṭita-vicitrābhiḥ kuthābhir aṅkuśais tathā |
graiveyaiś citra-rūpaiś ca rukma-kakṣyābhir eva ca ||
قال سنجيا: «في كل ناحية كانت أجراس الفيلة العظام مطروحة. وكانت الأغطية الممزقة المتعددة الألوان والمهازيب متناثرة في كل مكان؛ وكذلك حُليّ الأعناق المزخرفة والأحزمة الذهبية كانت مبعثرة على الأرض.»
