भीष्म उवाच
When adharma becomes dominant, the divine may enter human life to re-establish dharma. The verse frames ‘destruction’ not as personal hatred but as a morally charged act aimed at restraining forces that threaten the world’s order.
Bhīṣma foretells that Nārāyaṇa, together with Nara, will take human birth and move upon the earth to bring about the downfall of certain hostile powers—setting the stage for the great conflict and its dharmic resolution.
