इति श्रीमहाभारते भीष्मपर्वणि भीष्मवधपर्वणि भीष्मोपधानदाने विंशत्यधिकशततमो<ध्याय:

Transliteration

iti śrīmahābhārate bhīṣmaparvaṇi bhīṣmavadhaparvaṇi bhīṣmopadhānadāne viṁśatyadhikaśatatamo 'dhyāyaḥ

Translation

وهكذا ينتهي، في «شري مهابهاراتا»، ضمن «بارفا بهيشما»—وخاصة في القسم المتعلّق بسقوط بهيشما—هذا الفصل العشرون بعد المئة، الذي يصف تقديم ما يعين بهيشما ويُسند حاله. ويأتي هذا الخاتم ليغلق الفصل ويؤطّر الحادثة بوصفها فعلَ واجبٍ ورحمةٍ في خضم عنف الحرب.
