Transliteration

taṃ śikhaṇḍī raṇe yāntam abhyadravat daṃśitaḥ

Translation

قال سنجيا: وبينما كان يتقدّم في ساحة القتال، اندفع المحارب المدرّع شيكاندي (Śikhaṇḍī) نحوه اندفاعًا مباشرًا. وفي ذلك إبرازٌ لزخم الحرب الذي لا يلين، ولتعمدِ استهداف موضعٍ هشّ في مأزق بهيشما الأخلاقي والقتالي.
