Bhīṣma’s Fall, the Arrow-bed (śara-talpa), and the Establishment of Guard
विजयी च रणे नित्यं भैरवास्त्रश्ष पाण्डव: । तस्य मार्ग परिहरन् द्रुतं गच्छ यतव्रत,उन्हें युद्धमें सदा विजय प्राप्त होती है। पाण्डुनन्दन अर्जुनके अस्त्र बड़े भयंकर हैं। उत्तम व्रतका पालन करनेवाले पुत्र! इसलिये तुम उनका रास्ता छोड़कर शीघ्र भीष्मजीकी रक्षाके लिये चले जाओ
sañjaya uvāca | vijayī ca raṇe nityaṃ bhairavāstraś ca pāṇḍavaḥ | tasya mārgaṃ pariharan drutaṃ gaccha yatavrata ||
قال سنجيا: «إن الباندفي (أرجونا) دائم الظفر في القتال، وسلاحه حقًّا مهيبٌ مرعب. لذلك، يا ابنَ من يلتزم بالنذور الشريفة، تجنّب طريقه وامضِ سريعًا—كي تُصانَ بهيشما.»
