Uttanka’s Viśvarūpa Request and the ‘Uttanka Clouds’ Boon (उत्तङ्क-विष्वरूप-दर्शनम्)
भूतग्रामस्य सर्वस्य सत्रष्टा संहार एव च। मैं ही विष्णु, मैं ही ब्रह्मा और मैं ही इन्द्र हूँ। सम्पूर्ण भूतोंकी उत्पत्ति और प्रलयका कारण भी मैं ही हूँ। समस्त प्राणिसमुदायकी सृष्टि और संहार भी मेरे ही द्वारा होते हैं ।।
bhūtagrāmasya sarvasya sraṣṭā saṃhāra eva ca | mayi hi viṣṇur mayi brahmā mayi cendro 'smi sarvadā | sampūrṇabhūtānām utpattipralayakāraṇaṃ cāham eva | samastaprāṇisamudāyasya sṛṣṭisaṃhārau mayāiva bhavataḥ || adharme vartamānānāṃ sarveṣām aham acyutaḥ | yugaparivartane yugaparivartane prajāhitārthaṃ bhinnābhir yonibhiḥ praviśya dharmamaryādāṃ pratiṣṭhāpayāmi ||
يُعلن فايُو-ديفا: «أنا خالقُ جماعةِ الكائنات كلِّها، وأنا أيضًا فَناؤُها. أنا فيشنو؛ وأنا براهما؛ وأنا إندرا. إن نشوءَ جميع المخلوقات وزوالَها إنما يجريان مني وحدي؛ وخلقُ جماعة الأحياء بأسرها وإهلاكُها يقعان بي. وأما الذين يلازمون الأدهرما، فأنا الربُّ الذي لا يَخونُ النظامَ الحقَّ، أُنزِلُ العقابَ دون أن أحيد عن حدوده. وكلما انقلب عصرٌ إلى عصر، دخلتُ أرحامًا شتّى لخير الخلق، فأعيدُ إقامةَ حدود الدَّرما وسلطانها.»
