अनुजानीहि पितरं समयो<5स्य तपोविधौ । न मन्युर्विद्यते चास्य सुसूक्ष्मोडपि युधिष्ठिर,“अतः तुम अपने पिताको वनमें जानेकी अनुमति दे दो; क्योंकि अब इनके तप करनेका समय आया है। युधिष्ठिर! इनके मनमें तुम्हारे ऊपर अणुमात्र भी रोष नही है!
anujānīhi pitaraṃ samayo 'sya tapovidhau | na manyur vidyate cāsya susūkṣmo 'pi yudhiṣṭhira ||
قال فايشامبايانا: «فامنحْ أباك الإذنَ بالانصراف إلى الغابة؛ فقد حان الوقتُ لأن يشرع في رياضات الزهد وشرائع حياة النسك. يا يودهيشثيرا، ليس في قلبه تجاهك أدنى أثرٍ من سخطٍ أو ضغينة.»
