Merit and Destinations from the Gift of Cows
अरण्ये गृहवासे च शूराश्वातिथिपूजने । सर्वे यान्ति पराललोंकान् स्वकर्मफलनिर्जितान्
araṇye gṛhavāse ca śūrāśvātithipūjane | sarve yānti parāllokān svakarmaphalanirjitān ||
يُعلِّم بهيشما أن التفوّق في الدَّهَرما لا ينحصر في سبيلٍ واحد من سُبُل العيش: فمِن الناس مَن يكون بطلاً في سُكنى الغابة والتقشّف، ومِنهم مَن يكون بطلاً في حفظ حياة ربّ البيت، ومِنهم مَن يكون بطلاً في إكرام الضيف وخدمته. فهؤلاء جميعاً، بما اكتسبوه من ثوابٍ بأعمالهم، يبلغون العوالم العُليا التي نالوها ثمرةً لأفعالهم.
