Tīrtha-vaṃśa Upadeśa: Instruction on the Fruits of Sacred Waters
अकल्ककस्य विप्रस्य रौक्ष्यात् करकृतात्मन: । वटवो यस्य भिक्षन्ति तेभ्यो दत्त महाफलम्
akalkakasya viprasya raukṣyāt karakṛtātmanaḥ | vaṭavo yasya bhikṣanti tebhyo dattaṃ mahāphalam ||
قال بهيشما: إذا كان براهمنٌ بريئًا من الخداع، قد قسّته شدة الفقر، ثم وقع في يده قليلٌ من الطعام، فإذا بأطفاله الجياع يستعطفونه في الحال: «أعطني، أعطني»—فإن الصدقة التي تُعطى لذلك البراهمن ولأولئك الأطفال تُثمر ثمرةً روحيةً عظيمة.
