Shloka 3

अजेया ब्राह्मणा राजन दिवि चेह च नित्यदा । अपिबत्‌ तेजसा हाप: स्वयमेवाज्ञिरा: पुरा

arjuna uvāca | ajeyā brāhmaṇā rājan divi ceha ca nityadā | apibat tejasā hy āpaḥ svayam evāṅgirāḥ purā |

قال أرجونا: «أيها الملك، إن البراهمة لا يُقهَرون أبدًا، في عالم البشر وفي السماء كذلك. في الأزمنة السالفة شرب الحكيم العظيم أنغيرا المياه كأنها لبن، بقوة إشراقه الروحي. ومع ذلك لم يشبع؛ فظل يشرب حتى ابتلع بمهابة نسكه كل ماء الأرض. ثم بعد ذلك، يا سيد الأرض، أجرى منبعًا عظيمًا للماء ففاض وملأ العالم كله من جديد.»
