मुनयश्वैव सिद्धाश्च॒ तपोमोक्षपरायणा: । शुचिस्मिता: कीर्तयतां प्रयच्छन्ति शुभं नृूणाम्
munayaś caiva siddhāś ca tapo-mokṣa-parāyaṇāḥ | śuci-smitāḥ kīrtayatāṃ prayacchanti śubhaṃ nṝṇām ||
قال بهيشما: «إن الحكماء والكُمَّل (السِّدْهَة)—المكرَّسين للزهد وللتحرر—طاهرون ذوو ابتسامة وادعة، يمنحون خيرًا مباركًا للناس الذين يتلون أسماءهم ويُعظِّمون ذكرهم.»
भीष्म उवाच
Honoring and praising spiritually accomplished beings—sages and siddhas devoted to tapas and moksha—brings auspicious results, emphasizing reverence for virtue and spiritual attainment as a source of ethical uplift.
Bhishma continues his instruction in Anushasana Parva by describing classes of exalted beings; here he highlights munis and siddhas and states that those who recite and celebrate them receive beneficial, auspicious outcomes.
