Fruits of Disparaging vs. Observing Dharma; Marks of Good Conduct

The verse teaches that spiritual and social excellence is ethically earned: a righteous kṣatriya, through his own dharmic actions, can attain the status and qualities of a learned brāhmaṇa in a subsequent birth—marked by jñāna, vijñāna, refinement (saṃskāra), and Vedic mastery.
Śrī Maheśvara is instructing about the fruit of conduct and duty: he describes how the performance of one’s proper work with dharma transforms one’s future birth and capacities, emphasizing karma as the causal basis for higher learning and spiritual refinement.
