दत्त्वा तु सततं ते5स्तु कौरवाणां धुरन्धर | दानयज्ञक्रियायुक्ता बुद्धिर्धमोपचायिनी,कौरवधुरंधर! तुम भी सदा दान करते रहो। तुम्हारी बुद्धि दान और यज्ञकी क्रियामें संलग्न हो धर्मकी उन्नति करती रहे
dattvā tu satataṃ te 'stu kauravāṇāṃ dhurandhara | dānayajñakriyāyuktā buddhir dharmopacāyinī ||
قال بهيشما: «يا حامل عبء الكورافا الأوّل، ليكن شأنك العطاء على الدوام. ولتظلّ بصيرتك منخرطة في أعمال الصدقة والقرابين (اليَجْنَة)، مُنمّيةً الدارما على مرّ الأيام».
