इस प्रकार श्रीमह्याभारत अनुशासनपर्वके अन्तर्गत दानधर्मपर्वमें छत्रदान और उपानहदानकी प्रशंसानामक छानबेवाँ अध्याय पूरा हुआ

Transliteration

iti prakāraḥ śrīmahābhārate anuśāsanaparvaṇi antargate dānadharmaparvaṇi chatradāna-upānahadāna-praśaṃsā-nāmakaḥ ṣaṇṇavati-tamo 'dhyāyaḥ pūrṇaḥ

Translation

وهكذا انتهى الفصل السادس والتسعون من «أنوشاسانا بارفا» من «شري مهابهاراتا»، ضمن قسم «دارما العطاء» (Dāna-dharma)، وعنوانه: «في الثناء على هبة المظلّة وهبة النعل». وفي سياقه الأخلاقي يؤكد هذا الخاتم أن حتى العطايا البسيطة العملية—مما يقي الناس ويعينهم في معاشهم اليومي—تُعَدّ أعمالًا ذات ثواب في الدارما.
