मनोरमं महेष्वासो विवेश वनमुत्तमम् । मारुताकलितास्तत्र द्रुमा: कुसुमशाखिन:
manoramaṁ maheṣvāso viveśa vanam uttamam | mārutākalitās tatra drumāḥ kusumaśākhinaḥ ||
دخل الرامي العظيم إلى غابةٍ هي من أبهى الغابات وأحلاها منظرًا. وهناك كانت الأشجار، المثقلة بأغصانٍ مزهرة، تتمايل إذ يمرّ النسيم بينها.
वैशम्पायन उवाच
