यस्तु कृच्छुमनुप्राप्तं विचेता नावबुध्यते । स कृच्छुकाले व्यथितो न श्रेयो विन्दते महत्,जो मूढ़चित्त जीव आनेवाले संकटको नहीं जानता, वह संकटके समय व्यथित होनेके कारण महान् कल्याणसे वंचित रह जाता है
yastu kṛcchram anuprāptaṁ vicetā nāvabudhyate | sa kṛcchrakāle vyathito na śreyo vindate mahat ||
وأمّا من كان قادرًا على التفكّر ثم لم يتنبّه للأزمة المُقبلة—فإذا نزلت به الشدّة اضطرب وجزع؛ وبذلك يُفوّت فرصة نيل خيرٍ عظيمٍ وصلاحٍ حقّ.
