नारद उवाच
The verse underscores reverence for the highest source of order (Brahmā) and the ideal of seeking guidance within a community of the wise—gods and perfected seers—suggesting that dharma is clarified in the presence of authoritative, disciplined, and enlightened beings.
The visitors arrive and behold Brahmā seated in an august court, with devas, Siddhas, and great ṛṣis gathered around him on all sides, establishing the setting for counsel, revelation, or a decisive pronouncement.
