वैशम्पायन उवाच
Even the powerful should practice restraint and humility: the Pāṇḍavas accept simple shelter with a brāhmaṇa, honoring social dharma (respect for householders and guests) while acting prudently for safety during exile.
Vaiśampāyana reports that the Pāṇḍavas arrive at the town of Ekacakrā and stay for a short period in a brāhmaṇa’s home, setting the stage for subsequent events in that locale.
