यदस्त्रं वेद रामश्न तदेतस्मिन् प्रतिष्ठितम् । महेष्वासमिमं राजन् राजधर्मार्थकोविदम्
yad astraṃ veda rāmaśna tad etasmin pratiṣṭhitam | maheṣvāsam imaṃ rājan rājadharmārthakovidam ||
قال فايشَمبايانا: «كلُّ علمِ السلاح الذي يعرفه رامَشْنا قد استقرّ راسخًا في هذا الرجل. أيها الملك، انظر إلى هذا الرامي العظيم—العارف بأصول دارما الملوك ومقاصدها العملية».
वैशम्पायन उवाच
True excellence in a ruler-warrior is not merely mastery of weapons (astra-vidyā) but also competence in rājadharma and artha—ethical governance joined with practical statecraft.
Vaiśampāyana is praising a particular person before the king, stating that all the weapon-knowledge known by Rāmaśna is present in him, and highlighting him as a great archer who also understands the duties and aims of kingship.
