व्यपोहनस्तवनिरूपण-प्रसङ्गे नक्तभोजन-शिवव्रतविधिः (वार्षिक-प्रतिमास-क्रमः)
सोपवासं चतुर्दश्यां भवेदुभयपक्षयोः रुद्राय पौर्णमास्यां तु दद्याद्वै घृतकम्बलम्
sopavāsaṃ caturdaśyāṃ bhavedubhayapakṣayoḥ rudrāya paurṇamāsyāṃ tu dadyādvai ghṛtakambalam
في اليوم الرابع عشر القمري من كلا النصفين، ينبغي أن يُقام النذر بالصيام؛ وفي يوم البدر، ليُقدَّم حقًّا إلى رودرا غطاءٌ صوفيٌّ مدهونٌ بالسمن المصفّى (ghee). هذا الدّانا يطهّر الـpashu (النفس المقيّدة) ويعضد عبادة شيفا التي تقود إلى الانفكاك من الـpāśa (الوثاق) تحت نعمة «پَتي» (السيّد).
