Pāśupata-vrata Māhātmya: Dvādaśa-Liṅga Mahāvrata, Month-wise Dravya, and Pūjā-krama
विद्यार्थी लभते विद्यां भोगार्थी भोगमाप्नुयात् द्रव्यार्थी च निधिं पश्येद् आयुःकामश् चिरायुषम्
vidyārthī labhate vidyāṃ bhogārthī bhogamāpnuyāt dravyārthī ca nidhiṃ paśyed āyuḥkāmaś cirāyuṣam
طالبُ المعرفة ينالُ المعرفة؛ وطالبُ المتعة ينالُ المتعة. وطالبُ المال يرى كنزاً، ومن يبتغي طولَ العمر ينالُ عمراً مديداً—تلك ثمارٌ تُمنَح بفضل البهاكتي للربّ (باتي) المتجلّي في هيئة اللينغا؛ حين يلتفت الباشو (النفس المقيّدة) عن الباشا (القيد) إلى نعمة شيفا.
