فغدت تلك الجبلة العظيمة ميدانَ لهوٍ للديڤات، حافلةً بعجائب كثيرة؛ وكان امتدادها مئةَ ألفِ يوجانا.
Suta Goswami
By portraying a wondrous, vast divine landscape, the verse frames the cosmos as Shiva’s vibhūti (manifest grandeur), preparing the devotee’s mind for Linga-upāsanā as worship of the all-pervading Pati beyond limited space.
Though Shiva is not named directly, the immense scale and marvel-filled order imply the Lord’s sovereignty over manifestation—Shiva-tattva as the transcendent Pati whose power makes the universe a meaningful, awe-inspiring field of experience.
A takeaway is bhāvanā (contemplative visualization): meditating on cosmic vastness and wonder to loosen pāśa (bondage) and steady the pashu (individual soul) toward devotion and inwardness aligned with Pāśupata-oriented discipline.
