على العارف بالمانترا أن يُجري سريعًا طقس التسكين لرودرا باستعمال صيغ بَفَمانا (Pavamāna) وتْفَريتا (Tvarita) السريعة الأثر، مع مجموعة تاراتساماندي (Taratsamandī) وما يتصل بها من مانترا، وكذلك بتطبيق الشانتي المزدوجة (Śānti)—ليتحقق الاسترضاء والحماية.

It prescribes specific purifying and pacifying mantras (Pavamāna, Tvarita, and Śānti) to stabilize a Linga-rite, remove obstacles, and align the worshipper (pashu) with Rudra as Pati.
Shiva is invoked as Rudra—the sovereign Pati who both purifies and pacifies—showing that liberation requires His grace expressed through mantra that loosens pasha (bondage) and restores inner śānti.
Mantra-prayoga for śānti (pacification): a ritual technology used alongside Shaiva discipline to purify, avert impediments, and prepare the practitioner for steadiness in worship and Pashupata-oriented practice.
