इहैव संहितां दृष्ट्वा कापेयः शांशपायनः / महादेवं चकारेमां पौराणीं तन्नियोगतः / द्वादशैव सहस्त्राणि श्लोकानां पुरुषोत्तम

ihaiva saṃhitāṃ dṛṣṭvā kāpeyaḥ śāṃśapāyanaḥ / mahādevaṃ cakāremāṃ paurāṇīṃ tanniyogataḥ / dvādaśaiva sahastrāṇi ślokānāṃ puruṣottama

هنا بعينه، بعدما تأمّل كابِيَة شَامْشَبَايَنَة السَّمْهِيتا، وبذلك التكليف نفسه ألّف هذا المصنَّف البوراني لمهاديڤا. يا بُرُشُوتَّمَا، وهو مؤلَّف من اثني عشر ألف شلوكا تمامًا.
