Transliteration

eṣā brahmaṇya-devasya kṛṣṇasya ca mahātmanaḥ avatāra-kathā puṇyā vadho yatrādi-daityayoḥ

Translation

هذه هي الحكاية الطاهرة عن تجلّيات كريشنا، الإله العظيم المُكرِّم للبراهمة (برهمنيا-ديفا)، وهو شخصيّة الله العليا؛ وفيها وُصفت توسّعات الربّ وتجسّداته المتعددة، كما وُصف أيضًا قتل الشيطانين الأوّلين هيرانيياكشا وهيرانيياكشيبو.
