Kṛtī is described as a descendant in the Bharata dynasty who attained success in yoga and then composed/recited a set of six yoga teachings.
This verse highlights that yoga can be perfected (yogaṁ prāpya), and that realized souls may transmit structured teachings for others’ benefit.
Treat spiritual practice as a disciplined path: pursue steady sādhanā, and then share what you genuinely realize in a clear, structured way to help others.
