Lord Rāmacandra’s Charity, Sītā’s Departure, and the Lord’s Return to Vaikuṇṭha
tam upeyus tatra tatra paurā arhaṇa-pāṇayaḥ āśiṣo yuyujur deva pāhīmāṁ prāk tvayoddhṛtām
This verse shows devotees approaching the Lord with worship and prayers, asking Him to protect them—remembering that He has already rescued them before—highlighting śaraṇāgati (taking refuge) and trust in divine guardianship.
As Lord Rāma returned among them, the citizens expressed heartfelt dependence on Him, recalling His past acts of deliverance and seeking continued protection under His righteous rule.
Offer your duties and prayers sincerely, remember past help received by grace, and cultivate steady reliance on the Lord’s protection rather than anxiety-driven self-dependence.
