Sukta 5
इदमिदमेवास्य रूपं भवति तेनैनं सं गमयति । इषं मह ऊर्जमस्मै दुहे यो३ऽजं पञ्चौदनं दक्षिणाज्योतिषं ददाति
idám idám evā́sya rūpáṃ bhavati ténainaṃ sáṃ gamayati | íṣaṃ máha ū́rjam asmai duhḗ yó ’jáṃ pañcáudanaṃ dákṣiṇā-jyotiṣaṃ dádāti
‘This—this indeed’ becometh his very form; thereby he bringeth him into full attainment. Refreshment, greatness, and sustaining strength they milk for him—whoso giveth the Goat with the Fivefold Porridge, made radiant with the priestly Fee.
«هذا—هذا حقًّا» يصيرُ صورتَهُ عينَها؛ وبه يُبلِّغُهُ تمامَ النَّيْل. ويَحْلِبونَ لهُ الإِصَ (iṣ: القُوت/الإنعاش)، والعَظَمَةَ، والأُورْجَ (ūrj: القُوَّةَ المُقِيمَة)—مَن يُعْطِي التَّيْسَ مع العَصِيدَةِ الخُماسِيَّة (pañcaudana)، مُشِعَّةً بِالدَّكْشِنَا (dakṣiṇā: أُجْرَةُ الكاهن).
