मध्य॑मे॒तद॑न॒डुहो॒ यत्रै॒ष वह॒ आहि॑तः । ए॒ताव॑दस्य प्रा॒चीनं॒ यावा॑न् प्र॒त्यङ् स॒माहि॑तः

IAST Transliteration

mádhyam etád anaḍúho yátraiṣá váha ā́hitaḥ | etā́vad asya prācī́naṃ yā́vān pratyáṅ samā́hitaḥ ||

English Translation (Griffith/Whitney)

This is the middle of the draught-ox, wherein this bearing-power is set. So far is his fore-part, as far as, backward, it is gathered and contained.

Translation

هذا هو وسطُ الثورِ الجرّار (anaduh)، حيثُ تُثبَّتُ فيه قوّةُ الحَمل. إلى هذا الحدّ يكونُ مُقدَّمُه؛ وبمثلِ ذلك الحدّ، إلى الخلف، يُجمَعُ ويُحتوَى.
