Sukta 135
patnī́ yád ṛ́śyate patnī́ yákṣyamāṇā jaritaro ’thā́mo daivá | hotā́ viṣṭīméná jaritaro ’thā́mo daivá
When the Wife is seen—when the Wife, about to sacrifice—O Singer, then is the divine might. The Hotṛ, with ordered attendance—O Singer, then is the divine might.
Rishi: RV-derived attribution (uncertain here without anukramaṇī confirmation).
Devata: Daiva ‘power’ as an abstract efficacy; secondarily the sacrificial office itself.
Chandas: RV-style; refrain structure suggests a strophic liturgical piece.
