What is within, that is without; what is without, that is within. The mind of maidens, of manifold forms, do thou seize, O Herb.
Rishi: Atharvanic tradition (often transmitted under Atharvan/Āṅgirasa attribution for such charms; specific r̥ṣi not determinable from the single mantra alone).
Devata: Oṣadhi (Herb), as personified magical-healing power; secondarily 'Manas' (mind) as the object of seizure.
Chandas: Anuṣṭubh (8+8+8+8, with Atharvanic flexibility)
Primary: adbhuta
Secondary: shringara
