Sukta 24
párī́daṃ vā́so adhithāḥ svastáye ’bhū́r vāpīnā́m abhíśastipā́ u | śatáṃ ca jī́va śarádaḥ purūcī́r vásūni cā́rur ví bhajāsi jī́van
Round thee thou hast assumed this garment for welfare; thou hast become, indeed, a warder from imprecation for the pools. Live thou a hundred years, yea many autumns; and, living, in seemly wise divide and enjoy thy goods.
Rishi: Atharvanic tradition (late AV compilation context)
Devata: Svasti (well-being) and protective power against Abhíśasti; vāpī as sacralized resource
Chandas: Late AV anuṣṭubh-like with expansions
