Sukta 4
candramā́ apsv àntárā supárṇo dhā́vate diví | ná vo hiraṇya-némayaḥ padáṃ víndanti vidyúto vittáṃ mé asyá ródasī
The Moon, within the waters, the fair-winged, speedeth in the heaven. Your golden-rimmed lightnings find not the track: for me, of this, the two Worlds are the possession (and witness).
Rishi: Atharvanic tradition (cosmic-protective verse stratum; specific ṛṣi not fixed from excerpt)
Devata: Candramas / Rodasī (Heaven-and-Earth) with apotropaic force against hostile agencies
Chandas: Mixed/irregular; requires scansion
