Sukta 4
ऊर्जो भागो य इमं जजानाश्मान्नानामाधिपत्यं जगाम । तमर्चत विश्वमित्रा हविर्भिः स नो यमः प्रतरं जीवसे धात्
ūrjó bhāgó yá imáṃ jajā́nāśmānām ā́dhipatyaṃ jagā́ma | tám arcata viśvámitrā havírbhiḥ sá no yamáḥ prataráṃ jīváse dhāt ||
The share of nourishment—he who begat this, who hath attained lordship over the stones—him honor ye, O all-friends, with oblations: may that Yama establish us the more securely for living on.
نصيبُ القُوتِ (ūrj)—هو الذي وَلَدَ هذا، والذي نالَ السيادةَ على الحجارة—فإيّاهُ أكرِموا، يا أصدقاءَ الجميع (viśvamitrá)، بالقرابين (havis)؛ وليُثَبِّتْنا ذلكَ يَما (Yama) تثبيتًا أشدَّ أمانًا لنحيا.
