Sukta 4
आविरात्मानं कृणुते यदा स्थाम जिघांसति । अथो ह ब्रह्मभ्यो वशा याञ्च्याय कृणुते मनः
āvír ātmā́naṃ kṛṇute yadā́ sthā́m jíghāṃsati | átho ha bráhmabhyo vaśā́ yā́ñcyāya kṛṇute mánaḥ ||
She maketh herself manifest whene’er the foe would slay; and then, for Brahmans verily, the Vashā maketh her mind to be besought.
تُظهِرُ ذاتَها حينَ يريدُ العدوُّ أن يقتلَ؛ ثمّ حقًّا لأجلِ البراهمةِ تجعلُ فاشا (Vashā) قلبَها مُستدعًى ومُلتَمَسًا.
