Transliteration

evamavekṣitāyavyayaḥ kośadaṇḍavyasanaṃ nāvāpnoti

Translation

ومع مراقبة الإيرادات والنفقات على هذا النحو، لا تقع كوارث تمسّ الخزانة وجهاز الإكراه (الغرامات/العقوبات).
