अपूर्वस्य संधेः सानुबन्धैः सामादिभिः पर्येषणं समहीनज्यायसां च यथाबलमवस्थापनमकृतचिकीर्षा ॥ कZ_०७.६.१९ ॥

Transliteration

apūrvasya saṃdheḥ sānubandhaiḥ sāmādibhiḥ paryeṣaṇaṃ samahīnajyāyasāṃ ca yathābalam avasthāpanam akṛtacikīrṣā

Translation

«سياسة لم تُباشَر بعد»: استكشاف (إمكان) معاهدة جديدة باستعمال الوسائل الأربع (الملاينة/المصالحة، العطاء، الإيقاع بالفرقة، القوة) مع تدابيرها التابعة؛ ومع القوى المساوية أو الأضعف أو الأقوى، تثبيتها في أوضاع تتناسب مع مقدار القوة المتاح.
