विभवो यावदङ्गानां चतुर्णां सदृशो भवेत् ॥ कZ_१०.५.५७च्द् ॥

Transliteration

vibhavo yāvad aṅgānāṃ caturṇāṃ sadṛśo bhavet

Translation

وبقدر ما تسمح الموارد، ينبغي إبقاء قوة أركان الجيش الأربعة متناسبة.
