evaṃ ca janapada-caturbhāgaṃ sthānikaś cintayet

Translation

وبهذه الطريقة يشرف السثانيكا (sthānika) ويُمسك الحسابات لقسمٍ ربعيّ من الإقليم الريفي (janapada).
